ARMADA Teacher at Sea – Labrador Sea
My second Teacher at Sea experience allowed me to learn the science and technology behind deep-sea sediment coring. I worked with Canadian Geophysical researchers onboard the CCGS Hudson during my one month expedition along the continental shelf and slopes of the Labrador Sea. Follow this link for a photo-journal of my adventures on the edge of the Arctic.
Funding for my ARMADA Teacher at Sea Adventure was provided by an NSF grant through the University of Rhode Island.
