International Polar Science Conference – Oslo, Norway
I traveled “across the pond” (i.e., Atlantic Ocean) during the summer of 2010. She was invited to participate in an International Polar Science workshop with teachers from around the world. The workshop preceded the International Polar Science Conference, held in Oslo, Norway. I shared some of the Polar activities developed for my classroom during an oral session and a poster session at the conference.
